This case study involves site logistics planning for the construction of a high-end commercial structure. Students are given alternative site logistics plans and asked to select the best one for the project. Then they are asked to analyze the site topography and describe its influence on site logistics planning. Lastly, students are asked to select the best crane placement for the project.
